• Technical details connected to a form submission, such as IP address and user agent.
• Admin-only authentication data used to manage the site.
• Microsoft Clarity interaction analytics, such as page visits, clicks, scrolling, and session playback data, plus embedded media data when a visitor plays a video.

How the information is used

• To read, route, and reply to contact form messages.
• To understand whether an inquiry is a question, project, workshop, speaking request, or training request.
• To prevent spam, abuse, or repeated automated submissions.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.

Where the data goes

Contact form submissions are stored in Firebase/Firestore. If email notifications are enabled, the message may also be sent through the configured SMTP email provider.

The public site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate usage, heatmaps, and session recordings. Clarity may receive technical and interaction data under Microsoft's privacy terms. The site may also use Google Analytics if a measurement ID is configured, and it includes YouTube no-cookie embeds for video content.

Personal information is not sold.

Cookies and similar technologies

The public site is not built around advertising pixels or retargeting. A cookie banner is not shown by default.

Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics, when configured, may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics and session continuity. Cookies may also be used for admin authentication, basic site operation, or embedded media playback.

How long information is kept

Contact form messages may be kept for inquiry history, follow-up, spam prevention, and business records. A deletion request can be made if the information is no longer needed.

Privacy requests

To ask for correction, deletion, or a copy of information submitted through the site, use the contact page.

Confidential information

Do not send passwords, private credentials, sensitive business data, or confidential materials through the contact form unless a separate agreement or NDA is already in place.
